Acroma
Acroma helps small businesses across West Africa sell on WhatsApp without drowning in messages. A merchant connects their WhatsApp Business number and uploads their catalog, and from there Acroma chats with customers, takes their orders, answers questions about products, and collects mobile money payments. The owner watches it all happen on a live dashboard and can step in any time.

The Challenge
Across West Africa, a huge amount of business happens in WhatsApp chats. The trouble is that replying by hand does not scale. Messages pile up, customers wait, orders slip through, and nobody has a clear record of what sold or who paid.
What We Built
We built Acroma to sit on top of WhatsApp and do the heavy lifting. It reads incoming messages, answers them with AI, turns conversations into real orders, and sends back a payment link. Behind the scenes it keeps stock and payments in sync as they happen, and the owner can take over a chat whenever they want. There is a web dashboard for running the business and a mobile app for keeping up on the go.
