Relon CRM
Relon is a CRM built for service businesses that win work through a sales pipeline and then have to actually deliver it as a project. We customized it for a US land surveying firm, and it follows a job all the way from the first lead to the finished project, keeping the pipeline, the client relationship, the budget, and the profit picture in one place.

The Challenge
Most CRMs are great at helping you win a deal and then go quiet the moment it is signed. For a firm that wins surveying work and then delivers it as a multi-stage project, that is only half the job. They needed something that understood their world: tracking real costs against what was quoted, spotting clients who were going cold, and giving leadership a straight answer on how the business is doing.
What We Built
We built Relon around the whole cycle, from chasing a lead to delivering the project and reporting on it. It scores leads and client health automatically, tracks what each project actually costs against what was quoted, forecasts revenue, and ties into QuickBooks so the numbers stay honest. On demand, it writes a plain-language summary of where the business stands, so the owner gets the full picture in a couple of minutes instead of an afternoon.
